OUR FAMILY'S NAME
IS ON THE JOB.
Rusk Restoration is a veteran-owned, family-operated restoration company built around service, integrity, accountability, and taking care of people when their property has been turned upside down.
WHO WE ARE
RESTORATION
WITH A NAME BEHIND IT.
Rusk Restoration LLC was built by the Rusk family with a simple idea: when people trust you with their home or business, your responsibility is bigger than the job itself.
Property damage can interrupt a family's home, a business owner's livelihood, and the sense of normalcy people depend on. We believe restoration should be handled with urgency, clear communication, careful documentation, and accountability from beginning to end.
That's why our family's name isn't just on the company. It's on the standard we expect from the work.
VETERAN OWNED
THE UNIFORM MAY CHANGE.
OUR COMMITMENT DOESN'T.
Service doesn't stop when the uniform comes off.
Rusk Restoration owner and veteran Jacob Rusk built this company alongside his wife, Jennifer, and their family around principles that don't change with the job: responsibility, integrity, accountability, and service to others.
Today, those values carry forward through a restoration company operated by their family and built to serve families and businesses throughout DFW and North Texas.
SERVICE • INTEGRITY • ACCOUNTABILITY • FAMILY
MEET THE RUSK FAMILY
ONE FAMILY.
ONE STANDARD.
Rusk Restoration isn't a name chosen by a marketing department. It's our family name. Each member of the family brings a different role to the business, but the responsibility behind that name belongs to all of us.
Jacob Rusk
Jacob is an owner of Rusk Restoration and the veteran behind the company's service-driven foundation. He helps lead the company with an emphasis on responsibility, accountability, and building a business the Rusk family can stand behind.
Jennifer Rusk
Jennifer owns Rusk Restoration alongside Jacob and is part of the family leadership behind the company. Together, Jacob and Jennifer established the foundation for a business their children now help operate.
Morgan Holmstrom
Morgan oversees the day-to-day administrative side of Rusk Restoration, including business operations, HR, payroll, hiring documentation, and internal organization. She also holds a Texas insurance adjuster license, bringing insurance industry knowledge to the administrative side of the company.
Andrew Rusk
Andrew leads the technical side of our restoration work, helping ensure each project is completed with the right equipment, methods, and attention to detail. He also coordinates with subcontractors and supports our field team to maintain Rusk Restoration’s standards for quality, safety, and professionalism from start to finish.
Joseph Rusk
Joseph oversees property coordination throughout the restoration process, keeping projects organized, communication clear, and each property treated with care from start to finish. He also brings IICRC certification and restoration knowledge to the team.
Charles Rusk
Charles works as part of the Rusk Restoration field team, helping carry out restoration work and supporting projects as properties move from damage toward recovery.
WHY FAMILY OPERATED MATTERS
WHEN YOU CALL RUSK,
YOU'RE CALLING US.
We aren't trying to build a company where customers become numbers moving through a system.
When someone contacts Rusk Restoration, there is a family on the other end of that request — people responsible for answering the call, coordinating the job, documenting the work, and making sure the project keeps moving.
OUR FAMILY HELPING YOURS.
THE RUSK STANDARD
WHAT WE EXPECT
FROM OURSELVES.
WHAT WE DO
RESTORE THE PROPERTY.
RESPECT THE PEOPLE.
Rusk Restoration serves property owners throughout DFW and North Texas with restoration services related to water, fire, smoke, mold-related damage, and reconstruction.
When a project requires specialized licensing or expertise outside Rusk Restoration's direct scope, we work with appropriately qualified professionals rather than pretending one company should do everything.
DOCUMENTATION MATTERS
THE WORK MATTERS.
SO DOES THE RECORD.
Restoration projects often involve photographs, moisture information, scopes, estimates, invoices, insurance representatives, contractors, and multiple stages of work.
With insurance-industry knowledge on our administrative team, Rusk understands why organized documentation and clear communication matter.
Rusk Restoration does not determine insurance coverage or represent property owners as a public insurance adjuster. Coverage and claim decisions belong to the insurance carrier.
INSURANCE & DOCUMENTATION →WHY THE NAME RUSK?
BECAUSE IT
MEANS SOMETHING TO US.
Putting your family name on a company means accepting that every job contributes to what that name stands for.
We want Rusk to mean that someone answered, someone cared, someone took responsibility, and someone stayed with the job until the restoration could move forward.
